Bu derste bilişim olanaklarını kullanarak kendini geliştirmek ile ilgili yeterliklerin kazandırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Teknoloji ile ilgili temel kavramlar, 21. yy. becerileri, teknoloji kullanılarak dil becerilerinin öğretilmesi, yapay zeka uygulamalı vb konular üzerinde durulur.
Dersin Amacı
Bu ders katılımcılara, yabancı dil sınıfında destekleyici bir araç olarak bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerini (BİT) entegre etmenin ve kullanmanın farklı yolları hakkında bilinçli farkındalık kazanmalarına yardımcı olacak teorik ve pratik eğitim sunar. Pedagojik tartışmalar ve düşünceler, sınıf gösterileri ve bunlara eşlik eden uygulamalı aktiviteler aracılığıyla, katılımcıların dijital okuryazarlıklarını geliştirmeleri, teknolojiyi kendi öğretim uygulamalarına entegre etmenin farklı yollarını öğrenmeleri, kendi öğretme ve öğrenme materyallerini oluşturup paylaşmaları ve Web 2.0 araçlarını dil derslerinde etkili bir şekilde nasıl kullanacaklarını öğrenirler.
