Dersin Amacı

The aim of this course is to provide students with advanced knowledge on recent scientific and technological developments in stone and pome fruit species. The course focuses on innovations in breeding, propagation, physiology, orchard management, and stress tolerance. Students will gain an understanding of how modern approaches improve productivity, fruit quality, adaptability, and sustainability in temperate fruit production systems.
